The hotel had a charming Chilean style, with cute rooms surrounding a central courtyard. The bed was comfortable and perfect for the chilly weather. The location was great, right in the heart of the city and easily accessible.

The breakfast was just okay, with the only downside being the coffee. It could have been better and made the breakfast experience much more enjoyable.
